Featured Spotlight – Ms. Jess

This month featured spotlight goes out to  an amazing Mom Entrepreneur  here in Houston named Mrs. Jess from Fit goods Trap Step!  This amazing MomEntrepreuer created Trap Step with her goal to create a comfortable and fun environment where here clients can learn both the basis as well as advanced step aerobics followed by a killer ab circuit.  She is a true role model that if you want something in life, GO AFTER IT!

Form the time I walked into her class  I was greeted with amazing energy, and a tribe of women that not only supports during this class, but does life together!

By taking this  amazing Trap Step with Jess her  class focuses on stubborn areas that we all want to improve, resulting in serious calorie burn all while jamming out to trap music! It is an all around good time.
