• 12 -60 minute Strategy meetings with Britt- Can be broken down into (2) 30 minute sessions if needed. 
• One free in person meeting with Britt to review office to strategize on how to increase the décor of the office to attract high paying clients
• Set up of a digital payment system that can be utilized to take co pays for patients, cash pay clients. Etc.
• 60 minute review session of note requirements that must be included to ensure proper billing to avoid pay backs
• Review of billing codes required to submit claims for services provided. 
• Will provide solutions on how to revamp office ( please void if tele health) to ensure increase of traffic to the office
• Will provide examples of job posts that can be utilized in your clinic from administrative to hiring providers for your office. 
• Will address concerns during initial call, provide solutions to these issues, as well as put a plan in place to met those needs. 
• Completion of your Accreditation paperwork such as Carf, Joint Commission etc.

• Included: Researching 10 potential hospitals, out patient clinic’s,  urgent care, or any potential  referral agencies to help increase patient clientele which then increase revenues.
